G-P has joined the Workday Agent Partner Network, enabling its AI-powered global employment platform to connect with Workday’s Agent System of Record, the company announced Dec. 16.
The partnership will allow shared customers to integrate G-P’s employer of record services and AI assistant directly into Workday’s platform.
Integration capabilities
G-P’s employer of record service enables Workday customers to hire workers in more than 180 countries in regions where they do not have a legal entity.
The integration facilitates direct transfer of global employee data into Workday, including demographic details, salary information, payslips and invoices. Updates to international employee details made in Workday will automatically sync with G-P’s system, according to the company.
The partnership also includes integration with G-P Gia, the company’s AI-powered HR assistant. The tool provides guidance on employment questions and creates contracts and handbooks for 50 countries and 50 U.S. states.
G-P Gia draws from a knowledge base that includes more than 100,000 HR and legal expert-vetted articles and 1,500 government sources, according to G-P.
Platform availability
G-P joined Workday’s Built on Workday program earlier in 2025. The program enables partners to create pre-built applications for the Workday Marketplace.
G-P Gia is currently available on the Workday Marketplace. The company’s employer of record service will be available on the marketplace in the future, according to G-P.
