G-P (Globalization Partners) has won an H3 HR Advisors HCM Technology Signal Award for AI Maturity, with the recognition going to the company’s AI-powered global employment tool, G-P Gia.
The Boston-based company received the award in the AI Maturity category, which recognizes human capital management (HCM) technology that applies artificial intelligence as a practical, embedded capability in real workplace workflows.
“G-P Gia reduces the complexity of global employment and global HR compliance so companies can scale teams anywhere with confidence,” said Nat Natarajan, chief operating officer at G-P. “Winning the Signal Award for AI Maturity reinforces the real impact we’re delivering for customers every day. At G-P, we’ve moved past the AI hype and are setting a new standard for how global teams are built and managed.”
What G-P Gia does
G-P Gia is designed to handle complex global HR tasks. According to the company, the tool draws on more than 100,000 vetted articles and data from more than 1,500 government sources. It can generate locally compliant employment documents and policies, and send real-time compliance alerts.
The company says Gia was built on more than a decade of global compliance expertise and supports HR teams operating across more than 180 countries.
