Health Monitor Network has appointed Louise DeBellonia as executive vice-president and chief human resources officer as the company manages nearly 25 per cent workforce growth this year.
DeBellonia brings more than three decades of HR and talent acquisition experience across global enterprises and private equity-backed healthcare organizations. She began her career at AT&T, where she spent more than 15 years before moving into senior HR leadership roles.
She will report directly to chief executive officer David Paragamian and oversee all aspects of HR, including talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee experience.
Background and expertise
DeBellonia has built expertise in scaling teams, organizational design, and acquisition integration during periods of rapid growth. Throughout her career she has served as an advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams, with a focus on building high-performance workplace cultures.
Her appointment comes as Health Monitor, a point-of-care marketing platform serving the pharmaceutical industry, works to build the organizational infrastructure needed to support its expansion.
“Louise joins Health Monitor at a pivotal moment in our growth story,” said Paragamian. “As we continue to expand our capabilities and invest in innovation, we are intentionally strengthening our leadership team. Louise’s experience building organizational structure and aligning talent strategy to business objectives makes her uniquely suited to help us shape the next chapter of Health Monitor’s growth.”
New CHRO’s priorities
DeBellonia said she plans to focus on building organizational capacity while maintaining the company’s workplace culture. Health Monitor has received the Great Place to Work designation six consecutive times.
“I believe strong organizations are built when people feel heard, supported and empowered to contribute at their highest level,” DeBellonia said. “I look forward to partnering with our leadership team to continue building the organizational capability, culture and talent strategy that will enable both our business and our employees to thrive.”
