Heidrick & Struggles has appointed leaders across six practice areas and three regions to drive growth into 2025, the firm announced Monday.
The Chicago-based executive search and leadership advisory company said the changes, effective January 1, include appointments to newly created roles and regional leadership positions. The firm stated that these moves align with its goal of supporting clients through complex business and talent challenges.
“Having the right leadership in place is increasingly crucial to business performance, growth, and prosperity,” said Tom Monahan, CEO of Heidrick & Struggles. “This dynamic group embodies our values as a firm and our commitment to delivering superior client service.”
Among the appointments, Anne Rockey was named regional leader for North America, and Richard Guest was appointed regional leader for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Todd Taylor will serve in the newly created position of global managing partner for client-driven growth.
Global practice leaders include Jaimee Eddington for the corporate officers practice, Dominique Fortier for the financial services practice, Chris Bray for the global technology and services practice, and Gustavo Alba as co-lead of the private equity practice.
Additional appointments include regional practice leaders and city-based partners-in-charge, such as David Burd for corporate officers in the Americas, Jane Xing in Beijing, and Kim Pomoell in Finland.
Eric Joseph was also promoted to lead Heidrick Consulting in North America on an interim basis.
The appointments come as the firm seeks to expand its leadership solutions, including executive search and consulting services, to meet growing demand for strategic talent management.
