Heidrick & Struggles has promoted 17 individuals to partner across its Executive Search and Heidrick Consulting businesses — moves that took effect on Jan. 1, 2025 — as part of its ongoing global growth strategy.

The promotions span 10 cities in seven countries, including Toronto, New York, Dubai and Singapore, and reflect the firm’s focus on strengthening its leadership advisory capabilities amid ongoing business transformation.

“Our success is built upon our ability to nurture and elevate great leaders,” said CEO Tom Monahan. “The leadership and expertise of these new partners will be invaluable in driving client outcomes.”

Global talent elevation amid business transformation

The firm noted the promotions come at a time of accelerated change in the business environment, with clients facing complex leadership demands. The new partners represent a range of practice areas, including technology, industrial, financial services and consulting.
