HR Path has acquired Blueprint HR Software Solutions to strengthen its presence in India, the Middle East and Saudi Arabia.

The deal brings Blueprint HR Software, the HR technology division of India-based Blueprint Technologies, into HR Path’s operations. Blueprint Technologies will continue to operate independently, focusing on ERP services.

Regional expansion

The acquisition gives HR Path access to new markets in the Asia-Pacific region, according to François Boulet, co-founder of HR Path.

“This acquisition strengthens our base in India, the Middle East, and Saudi Arabia, while opening access to other APAC geographies,” said Boulet. “It will help us better penetrate the UAE market and significantly increase our presence in India.”

HR Path operates in 28 countries with more than 2,500 professionals. The company provides HR consulting and HRIS solutions, including advisory, implementation and managed services.

Technology capabilities

Blueprint HR Software specializes in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur and UKG solutions. The acquisition expands HR Path’s service capabilities in India, said Lalit Mehra, managing director of HR Path India.

“We already provide global services for Workday, but with Blueprint HR’s expertise, we now have even greater capabilities for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG delivered out of India,” said Mehra.

Strategic focus

The divestiture allows Blueprint Technologies to concentrate on its core SAP services, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BDC, BTP, SAP CX and AI solutions, said Rony John, managing director and CEO of Blueprint Technologies.

“This divestiture sharpens our strategic focus and accelerates global growth across our core capabilities,” said John.

HR Path was founded in 2001 and provides HR technology services to businesses worldwide.
