HR Path, a global human resources consulting firm, has announced its acquisition of Pay Human Group, a Mexican company specializing in payroll management and HR consulting. The move significantly bolsters HR Path’s presence in the Latin American market.

François Boulet, co-founder and CEO of HR Path, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to broaden its global offerings.

“Their leadership in Mexico and Colombia, combined with their deep expertise and commitment to excellence in business process outsourcing, aligns perfectly with our strategy to offer the best HR solutions and services worldwide,” said Boulet.

Pay Human Group, established 27 years ago, has built a reputation for providing secure and adaptable payroll and HR solutions. The company operates in Mexico and Colombia, offering personalized services tailored to client needs.

Frédéric Van Bellinghen, a partner at HR Path, highlighted the compatibility between the two organizations. “Pay Human Group’s mission to empower organizations with cutting-edge payroll management and human resources services closely aligns with our commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences,” he said. Van Bellinghen added that the partnership will focus on enhancing operational payroll efficiency, adaptability, and security while allowing clients to concentrate on business growth.

HR Path stated that Pay Human Group’s expertise complements its existing portfolio of services, which include advising, implementation, and managed services, known collectively as AIR.

The acquisition comes as HR Path continues to expand its international footprint, seeking to provide comprehensive HR solutions in diverse markets.
