HR Path has acquired PredictiveHR, a U.S.-based human resources information systems consulting firm, to strengthen its presence in the North American market.

The Paris-based company, which operates in 28 countries with more than 2,500 employees, specializes in HR consulting and HRIS solutions. PredictiveHR focuses on UKG and Paylocity implementation and optimization services.

PredictiveHR has provided professional services for HR technology platforms since 2016. The company offers implementation, optimization and post-implementation support services for organizations using UKG and Paylocity systems.

The acquisition aligns with HR Path’s strategy to expand its HRIS capabilities and North American client base. HR Path was founded in 2001 and provides advisory, implementation and operational HR services globally.

“This is a powerful step forward in our mission to be the global reference in HR transformation,” said François Boulet, co-founder of HR Path. “Their strong reputation in the North American market and deep expertise in UKG solutions enhance our ability to deliver high-value, end-to-end HR services worldwide.”

Theodore Smith, partner at HR Path, said the acquisition complements the company’s global HRIS strategy. “Together, we’re better positioned to support clients across North America and around the world with tailored, end-to-end UKG solutions that deliver measurable results,” said Smith.

James Troiano, founder and CEO of PredictiveHR, said the acquisition will allow the company to expand its services globally while maintaining its client-focused approach. “Joining forces with HR Path allows us to expand that mission on a global scale, while staying true to the culture and client-first mindset that made us who are,” said Troiano.

The companies did not disclose financial details of the transaction.
