HR Path has acquired Lumi, a U.S.-based company specializing in Workday integrations, as the global HR consulting firm expands its North American presence.

The acquisition adds Lumi’s Workday expertise to HR Path’s portfolio of HR consulting and HRIS solutions. HR Path operates in 28 countries with more than 2,500 professionals, providing advisory, implementation, and operational services.

Lumi was founded in 2017 by Chase Zollinger and Matt Dobbs to provide Workday consulting services to US clients. The company built a client base across multiple industries by focusing on Workday integrations and customer service.

Leadership perspectives

“The acquisition of Lumi, a company renowned for its Workday expertise, is a strategic step that strengthens our ambition to be the global reference in HR transformation,” said François Boulet, founding partner at HR Path. “We are also very pleased to welcome two young partners whose arrival brings fresh energy and reinforces the entrepreneurial spirit of our group.”

Marie-Soleil Boucher, partner at HR Path, said the acquisition enhances the firm’s Workday capabilities in North America.

“We look forward to offering Lumi’s clients the full range of services that HR Path already delivers worldwide,” said Boucher.

Service expansion

Lumi clients will gain access to HR Path’s global service offerings and talent network, according to Zollinger. “We will now be able to offer our clients an expanded range of services, access to a deeper talent pool, and the support of a global partner,” said Zollinger.

HR Path was founded in 2001 and provides HR transformation services including technology implementation and consulting. The company has not disclosed financial terms of the acquisition.
