HR Path, a Paris-based human resources consultancy, has acquired Talent at Work GmbH, a German firm specializing in leadership training and coaching.
The acquisition, announced on Jan. 23, bolsters HR Path’s presence in Germany and enhances its portfolio of leadership development services. Talent at Work, founded in 2009, has a track record of providing tailored solutions to help organizations and teams achieve sustainable high performance.
Carlo Fischer, a partner at HR Path, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s mission to provide comprehensive HR solutions. “The acquisition of Talent at Work, a company renowned for its expertise in leadership management and delivering impactful projects across Germany, is a strategic milestone for HR Path,” said Fischer. “Combined with our existing expertise in talent and leadership development, we strengthen our design and development expertise and build one of the strongest global delivery teams.”
Talent at Work founder Christoph Forster-Treiling said the deal positions the company to better serve its clients’ evolving needs. “This step opens up an exciting perspective for me personally, as well as for my fantastic team, as we lead the company into a future of growth and success,” he said. “For a consulting firm of our size, this move is the ideal way to adapt to the rapidly changing needs and expectations of our clients.”
HR Path, which operates in 22 countries with more than 2,000 professionals, offers services in HR advisory, implementation, and operations. Talent at Work will continue fulfilling its existing contracts while pursuing new opportunities under its new ownership.
The acquisition is part of HR Path’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in the European market and deepen its expertise in leadership and talent development.
