HR Path has acquired IntSys Solutions, a Northern Ireland-based company specializing in Workday integration and HR technology services, marking a significant expansion of its capabilities in the UK and Irish markets.
This acquisition builds on HR Path’s purchase of Three Plus Consulting, a UK-based Workday specialist, in March 2024. The company said the move strengthens its expertise in Workday implementation and integration while reinforcing its broader HR advisory, implementation, and managed services offerings.

Founded in 2021, IntSys Solutions has built a reputation for its customer-focused approach and tailored HR services. Sean Sheerin, Managing Director of IntSys, described the acquisition process as aligning well with the company’s values.
