iCIMS hires veteran tech executive as chief technology officer

Talent acquisition software company iCIMS has appointed Dipak Pandya as its new chief technology officer, bringing in a seasoned executive to lead product development as the company focuses on artificial intelligence-powered hiring solutions.

Pandya joins iCIMS with more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, having served as CTO and chief product officer at multiple private equity-backed software companies. He will oversee the engineering team responsible for developing products that help organizations recruit talent more efficiently.

Extensive background in technology leadership

Pandya has held senior technology roles at several major companies, including NuORDER by Lightspeed, EagleView, eBay Enterprise, Lockheed Martin, Smarsh and International SOS. He also founded Saha Growth Partners, a technology consulting practice, and serves on the board of Ntirety. Previously, he worked as executive director in the technology consulting group at Vista Equity Partners.

The appointment comes as iCIMS continues to expand its market presence in the talent acquisition software space. The company serves major corporations, including a quarter of the Fortune 500, and helped its clients hire more than 5.4 million people in 2024.
