Info-Tech Research Group has been named one of Canada’s Best Employers for 2026 by Forbes, placing the Toronto-based research and advisory firm in the top 10% of employers nationwide.
The ranking, produced in partnership with market research firm Statista, is based on independent survey responses from more than 37,000 Canada-based employees working for organizations with at least 500 employees in Canada. The evaluation measured employee sentiment across compensation, benefits, workplace flexibility, training and development opportunities, leadership programs, and overall willingness to recommend their employer.
Info-Tech ranked ahead of several globally recognized organizations including RBC, Cisco, IBM, Hootsuite, Indeed, and Samsung, according to the company.
“We’re honoured to be recognized by Forbes, as this reflects the meaningful work our teams do every day and the results they help deliver for leaders around the world,” said Tom Zehren, chief executive officer at Info-Tech Research Group. “Investing in our people is inseparable from the value we create for our members.”
The firm employs more than 1,400 people across Canada, the United States, EMEA, and APAC. Founded in 1997, Info-Tech delivers research and advisory services to IT, HR, marketing, and business leaders at member organizations worldwide.
The Forbes recognition follows recent acknowledgements for Info-Tech Research Group. The firm was named to The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Top Growing Companies list and was also recognized on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 list.
