IRIS Software Group has named Jack Sebbag as its new Chief Revenue Officer, tasking the veteran executive with driving global sales strategies and accelerating growth.
Sebbag, who has over 30 years of experience in high-performance sales across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region, joins IRIS at a time of ambitious expansion for the software company, which provides HR, payroll, accounting, and education management solutions.
“Jack’s appointment is pivotal in achieving our ambitious goals,” said Gus Malezis, Chairman and interim CEO of IRIS Software Group. “Having worked with Jack before, I’ve seen his dynamic leadership and commitment to customer-centric strategies that deliver sustainable success.”
Before joining IRIS, Sebbag served as Chief Revenue Officer at Imprivata, a digital security management company. He has also held senior roles at McAfee, Oracle, Nakisa, and Tripwire, building a reputation for leading effective teams in competitive industries.
Sebbag said he is eager to help IRIS navigate its next phase of growth. “With the momentum from recent investments, which valued the company at £4 billion, IRIS is uniquely positioned to bring innovative products to market and deliver exceptional value to customers,” he said.
The announcement follows the appointment of David Burns as Chief Customer Officer. Burns, who previously served as interim Chief Revenue Officer, will now oversee IRIS’ customer experience strategy, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and fostering stronger customer relationships.
IRIS has made significant investments in its global expansion efforts, including a major U.S. funding round last year. The company’s leadership changes are part of a broader strategy to position the firm for further growth in international markets.
