LHH has launched Career Studio, a digital platform designed to support career transitions using a mix of AI-driven technology and personalized coaching. The platform aims to assist professionals facing a rapidly evolving job market by providing tools to manage job applications, organize interviews, and track progress in a single, streamlined portal, according to LHH’s announcement Tuesday.

John Morgan, President of LHH Career Transition & Mobility, said the Career Studio combines technological tools with “thoughtful and compassionate” human support to help individuals navigate career changes.

“LHH Career Studio empowers candidates in transitional periods to stay motivated, upskill, refine their job search capabilities, and approach their next opportunity with purpose and confidence,” Morgan said.

With technology-driven changes expected to cause approximately 12 million occupational shifts by 2030, LHH’s new platform targets a pressing need for accessible, adaptable career support. According to a study by the company, 72% of workers are re-evaluating their career plans at least every quarter, highlighting the demand for ongoing career development tools.

LHH Career Studio integrates a tool called Career Canvas, introduced by LHH in 2023, which leverages AI to suggest personalized career paths based on candidates’ skills and interests. The tool provides insights into relevant roles, required skills, and salary data, aiming to inspire professionals to consider roles they may not have previously explored.

The platform also includes access to LHH’s global network of certified career coaches, who provide personalized support ranging from resume reviews to emotional guidance throughout the job search process. Kevin Waxman, Director of Career Transition Delivery at LHH, noted that the Career Studio was developed based on feedback from candidates and consultants. “With input from our candidates, I am excited about Career Studio’s launch. It merges top-tier technology with a personal touch, addressing our candidates’ most significant obstacles,” Waxman said.

LHH, a business unit of the Adecco Group, serves around 500,000 candidates annually across 68 countries. With over 8,000 colleagues and coaches worldwide, the company supports organizations and individuals through career transition, leadership development, and recruitment solutions.
