RHR International has appointed Nicole Forward as its new head of coaching and development, the leadership consulting firm announced Thursday.

In her role, Forward will lead the firm’s executive and cohort coaching practices, helping business leaders strengthen decision-making, manage change, and align leadership development with corporate strategy.

“Leadership development can transform how leaders manage change, enhance enterprise thinking, and make higher quality decisions,” Forward said in a statement.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, having held executive roles at Netflix, T-Mobile, and Citibank. At Netflix, she established the company’s first executive coaching practice, and at T-Mobile and Citibank, she revamped leadership development programs.

Jessica Bigazzi Foster, CEO of RHR International, said Forward’s expertise will help the firm continue evolving its coaching services.

RHR International has provided leadership consulting for 80 years, working with CEOs, executives, and HR professionals to address leadership challenges through coaching and assessment programs.
