Noridian Healthcare Solutions has promoted Tracy Zierke to vice president of human resources, effective April 6, 2026. She succeeds Ellen Holt, who is retiring.
Zierke brings nearly 20 years of human resources experience to the role, including 11 years at the Fargo, N.D.-based company. She most recently served as director of human resources, overseeing HR operations, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development, and HR business partner teams across a national workforce.
Senior vice president and chief financial officer Laura Werk pointed to Zierke’s organizational knowledge as a key factor in the decision.

Her deep understanding of Noridian, combined with her strengths in organizational effectiveness and strategic partnership, make her exceptionally well suited for this role.”
During her tenure, Zierke has led workforce strategy, leadership and talent development, and cultural initiatives. She has also guided the company through periods of significant transformation.
Zierke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She holds Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources certifications.
Noridian Healthcare Solutions provides claims processing, medical review, and contact centre and provider administrative services for federal, state, and health plan programs. The company is headquartered in Fargo and employs staff across all 50 U.S. states.
