Linda Muneka, vice-president of management resources, North America at Robert Half, has been recognized as one of the Top Women Leaders of Toronto for 2024 by Women We Admire — listed in the top 10.

In her role, Muneka spearheads the tactical execution of operational initiatives and go-to-market strategies across more than 90 offices in North America. Joining Robert Half in 2015, she swiftly ascended the ranks, demonstrating adept leadership by translating market and data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

Her contributions have been instrumental in navigating a highly competitive landscape and fostering success for the company, it said in a press release announcing the honour.

Under Muneka’s guidance, her teams have played a pivotal role in assisting clients with transformative business projects spanning areas such as governance, risk and compliance, technical accounting, financial systems, and cash and cost management.

A staunch advocate for a people-first approach to leadership, Muneka is actively involved in Robert Half’s Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN) and is dedicated to mentoring new employees as they navigate their professional journeys.

The recognition by Women We Admire underscores the indispensable role of women in leadership positions in driving Toronto’s growth and development.
