Tredence appoints Rekha Nair as chief human resources officer

Tredence, a provider of data science and AI solutions, has promoted Rekha Nair to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1, 2024.

Nair, who joined Tredence in 2021, brings over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry to her new position. During her tenure as HR Head for India, she played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s talent management program, overseeing significant hiring growth and developing a skilled workforce of 2,500 data scientists and data engineering professionals.

In her expanded role, Nair will lead Tredence’s global HR strategy, focusing on scaling training programs, upskilling employees, and creating growth opportunities in data science, data engineering, and AI disciplines. Her efforts aim to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
