UKG has been named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Human Capital Management Solutions, Q4 2025 report, earning the highest score in the current offering category for its Workforce Operating Platform.
The report, published by Forrester Research, cited UKG as a “top choice for frontline-heavy organizations and a great fit for global organizations” due to its industry-specific solutions and deep localization support.
Recognition for frontline workforce support
Forrester’s analysis highlighted UKG’s strengths in workforce management, HR, benefits, payroll, and talent management. It also noted the company’s strong succession planning and contingent labour tools. The report said UKG offers “best-in-class workforce management and industry-focused solutions catering to the nuances of frontline workers.”
Suresh Vittal, chief product officer at UKG, said the recognition reflects the company’s understanding of modern workforce challenges. “We believe earning the highest score in the current offering category in The Forrester Wave is a meaningful recognition of our team’s deep understanding of today’s workers and our commitment to building technology that helps every organization turn their workforce into a competitive edge,” he said.
Impact on frontline-heavy sectors
UKG’s technology is used by more than 70 per cent of Fortune 500 companies, including those with large frontline workforces. Kayla Linn, chief people officer at Eventide | Tabitha, which operates senior living communities, said the platform has “been a game changer in helping transform how we support our frontline workforce.”
According to Linn, the organization has reduced payroll-based reporting from 16 hours to less than two minutes and gained real-time visibility into staffing and overtime trends. “Most importantly, the deep data and insights in UKG help us foster a workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and connected,” she said.
AI adoption and burnout reduction
A recent UKG survey of 8,200 frontline workers found more than one in three use artificial intelligence in their jobs. Among those using AI, reported burnout rates were lower (41 per cent) than those not using it (54 per cent).
