Veritas Solutions bolsters team with addition of experienced faith-based investigator

by HR News Canada

Veritas Solutions has announced the hiring of Nicole Stockley as an associate investigator, enhancing its specialized team focused on church and faith-based organization investigations. Stockley, who joins the existing team of experts, including Randal Rauser and Derek Geerlof, brings a background in both pastoral ministry and human resources, a combination the company describes as offering a “unique perspective” on the challenges faced by faith-based organizations.

Stockley has spent a decade as an ordained minister and has worked extensively with faith communities both in Canada and internationally. After retraining in human resources, she now also serves as an HR advisor and consultant for churches. Her formal training in workplace investigations is expected to support Veritas Solutions’ mission of providing tailored services for faith-based clients.

Veritas Solutions founder and CEO Bob Stenhouse announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post, noting that Stockley’s dual background equips her with the ability to approach cases with what he described as a “balanced and insightful approach.”

“Nicole’s experience in both ministry and human resources will be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to address the unique needs of faith-based organizations,” Stenhouse said.
