VidCruiter’s interview management platform is now certified for integration with Workday Recruiting, a move expected to streamline hiring processes for employers using the enterprise HR system
The Moncton-based company announced Tuesday that it has achieved Workday Certified Integration status. The designation confirms that VidCruiter’s connection to Workday meets security, reliability, and interoperability standards set by the software giant.
The certified integration allows organizations to link Workday Recruiting with VidCruiter’s Hosted-Apply and Interview Management System, giving HR teams access to tools such as automated scheduling, live and pre-recorded video interviews, structured candidate ratings, skills testing, and reference checking—all within a unified workflow.
JF Poirier, head of strategic partnerships at VidCruiter, said the integration enables joint customers to enhance efficiency and improve hiring decisions by bringing all elements of the process into one system.
“Organizations can streamline their hiring processes by combining VidCruiter’s advanced interview automation with Workday’s robust human capital management capabilities,” Poirier said.
Among the employers using the combined solution are Scribe America and Racetrac, a convenience store operator. Megan Prather, senior manager of field talent acquisition at Racetrac, said VidCruiter’s tools support more efficient recruitment across multiple markets.
“The automations we’ve built free up our recruiters to focus on what matters most—the interview and candidate experience—while also improving day-to-day operations,” she said.
