Boilermakers Local Lodge 146 and Boilermaker Contractors’ Association of Alberta finalize four-year collective agreement covering field construction workers in Alberta

The deal runs from June 1, 2025 to April 30, 2029 and includes wage increases totalling 10% over the term — 3% in each of the first two years and 2% in each of the final two years — plus a $1.00/hour pension increase and updates to benefits and scheduling.
