Construction Workers Union CLAC Local 63 and Brock Canada Field Services finalize two-year collective agreement in Alberta

The deal runs from Feb. 1, 2026, to Jan. 31, 2028, and sets journeyperson base wages as high as $60.06 per hour for general foremen, with Wood Buffalo regional premiums adding roughly four per cent above general Alberta rates, plus a full benefits, pension and training package.
