HR Path has merged with Enforce, a Dallas-based HR technology consulting firm specializing in Dayforce software implementations.
The merger announced Jan. 20 expands HR Path’s Dayforce practice in North America and adds payroll outsourcing services on the Dayforce platform in the United States.
Enforce employs 38 Dayforce specialists and serves clients primarily in North America. The company provides implementation, optimization, post-launch support and outsourced administration services for Dayforce.
About HR Path
HR Path operates in 28 countries with more than 2,500 employees. The company provides HR consulting, digital transformation and payroll outsourcing services.
The Paris-based firm already operates a Dayforce practice in the United Kingdom and Ireland and expanded its Dayforce capabilities through its acquisition of ClearCourse. HR Path previously offered U.S. payroll outsourcing services on SAP technologies.
Service expansion
The merger allows HR Path to offer services across the full range of Dayforce implementations, from advisory work to managed services, according to the company.
“Enforce’s recognized expertise in the U.S. market, combined with HR Path’s global footprint and payroll outsourcing capabilities, will allow us to better support Dayforce customers across the full HR value chain — from advisory to implementation to managed services,” said François Boulet, co-CEO of HR Path.
Michael McKay, CEO and co-founder of Enforce, has been appointed as an HR Path partner.
“By combining Enforce’s exclusive focus and expertise on the Dayforce platform with HR Path’s scale and global presence, we will accelerate our growth and deliver even greater value to organizations adopting Dayforce worldwide,” said McKay.
Enforce was founded more than 10 years ago. Dayforce was formerly known as Ceridian.
