Workforce intelligence firm Revelio Labs has acquired Salary Board, expanding its compensation data capabilities and accelerating international growth across Europe and Asia.
The acquisition, announced Thursday, will integrate Salary Board’s global compensation data into Revelio’s universal HR database, providing employers and HR professionals with enhanced insights into labor market trends.
“We have respected the Salary Board team for a long time and are thrilled to join forces,” said Ben Zweig, CEO of Revelio Labs. “By integrating Salary Board’s team, data, and models into our own platform, we’re ensuring that we can best serve clients by staying at the cutting edge of workforce intelligence.”
The deal is effective immediately, with both companies already working on product integration and go-to-market strategies.
Global expansion strategy
The acquisition strengthens Revelio’s position in Europe and Asia, where Salary Board has established relationships with Fortune 500 talent organizations, government entities, and consulting firms.
“Joining Revelio Labs is an exciting new chapter for Salary Board,” said Madu Ionascu, founder of Salary Board. “We built Salary Board to bring transparency and accuracy to compensation and labor market data. Now, as part of Revelio Labs, we can amplify that mission on a much larger scale.”
Future developments
Looking ahead, the companies plan to develop new analytics solutions leveraging their combined datasets, including tools for predictive workforce planning, job architecture, and pay equity analysis.
Revelio Labs’ platform standardizes millions of publicly available employment records to create what it describes as the world’s first universal workforce database.
