Richardson Wealth Limited has been named to the 2025 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list by Great Place to Work, marking the sixth time the wealth management firm has received this recognition.

The Toronto-based company, a subsidiary of RF Capital Group Inc., earned the designation based on direct employee feedback collected through surveys of hundreds of organizations across the sector.

Employee feedback drives recognition

Great Place to Work requires companies to achieve exceptionally high scores on its Trust Index Survey to qualify for the annual list. The survey measures employee perceptions of workplace culture, communication and leadership across participating organizations.

“We are proud to once again be named on this respected list alongside other industry leaders. This is the sixth time that Richardson Wealth has received the Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance recognition — a testament to the Company’s collaborative workplace culture,” said Lynne Brejak, Chief People Officer at Richardson Wealth.

Brejak noted the company’s commitment to maintaining its workplace culture as it continues to grow.

“We will continue to foster a culture of open communication and feedback as we progress on our growth journey,” she said.

Expanding wealth management presence

Richardson Wealth operates as one of Canada’s largest independent wealth management firms, managing $39.7 billion in assets under administration as of May 31, 2025. The company maintains 23 offices across Canada and focuses on serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth families and entrepreneurs.

The firm has earned certification from the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence for its Separately Managed and Portfolio Management Account platforms, a designation that requires annual renewal.

This marks the seventh consecutive year Richardson Wealth has received Great Place to Work certification, demonstrating sustained employee satisfaction over time.

Industry recognition program

Great Place to Work operates as a global research and consulting firm that measures workplace culture across industries. In Canada, the organization surveys approximately 500,000 employees annually as part of its workplace assessment program.

The Canadian results contribute to a worldwide study that produces national workplace rankings, including lists published by The Globe & Mail in Canada and Fortune magazine in the United States.

Companies must first achieve Great Place to Work certification before becoming eligible for industry-specific recognition lists like the Financial Services & Insurance category.
