Linkage Inc., a SHRM company, has appointed Tracey Walker as chief executive officer effective Dec. 3.
Walker brings more than two decades of experience across business, government and professional services. She spent 19 years at RSM, where she served as principal and chief culture officer, and later worked as chief experience officer at Alvarez and Marsal.
Background and expertise
Walker has guided Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies and other organizations on performance, culture modernization and strategic inclusion. Her work has included leading initiatives at HUD, Treasury, USDA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
She has been named one of the AICPA’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Accounting, received the AGA President’s Award, and was honored as ALPFA’s 2025 Executive of the Year.
