Visionet Systems has received Great Place to Work certification for the second consecutive year across all five of its global regions, including Canada, the company announced Feb. 16.
The IT services firm earned the designation in the United States, Canada, India, the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Germany. The certification is based entirely on employee survey responses and measures workplace culture across five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and sense of belonging.
What the certification measures
Great Place to Work certification does not rely on company submissions or self-assessments. Organizations qualify based solely on how employees respond to the Trust Index survey, which captures their day-to-day experience of the workplace.
Visionet said it recorded strong employee participation across all regions in this year’s assessment, though it did not release specific response rates or scores.
What company leaders are saying
Suvarna Nikam, senior vice-president of human resources at Visionet, said the result reflects the culture the company has built collectively.
“This certification, especially for the second year in a row across all our regions, is a reflection of the culture we continue to build together,” Nikam said. “It reinforces our commitment to creating a workplace where our people feel valued, supported, inspired and empowered to grow — while also strengthening the trust our clients place in us as their partner of choice.”
CEO Kamran Ozair called the back-to-back recognition a point of pride for the organization.
“Our people are at the heart of Visionet’s success,” Ozair said. “Being recognized as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year across all our regions is an achievement we are immensely proud of. It reflects our continued commitment to fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared growth — creating meaningful impact for our employees and clients alike.”
Culture and workplace practices
According to the company, employees have pointed to leadership accessibility, fairness and a sense of belonging as key factors in their engagement. Visionet said its workplace culture is supported through open communication, inclusive programs and policies covering professional development and work-life balance.
