The Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) of Nova Scotia has been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers for 2026, an annual designation awarded by Mediacorp Canada Inc. to leading employers across the four Atlantic provinces.
“Every day, our team shows up with talent, compassion, and a real commitment to making Nova Scotia’s workplaces safer,” said Karen Adams, CEO of WCB Nova Scotia. “This award belongs to them.”
Mediacorp evaluates employers on eight criteria: workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
