Vimeo has named Rose Frawley as its new chief people officer, tasking her with overseeing global talent strategy and organizational development as the company continues to focus on building a strong workplace culture and attracting top talent.

Brings two decades of HR leadership

Frawley joins Vimeo with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, having led people operations at several technology and data companies. Most recently, she held the same title at YipitData and Vivvix, where she led global teams, scaled talent programs, and aligned HR initiatives with business goals. Her previous roles also include senior HR leadership positions at Datto and FactSet.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rose as our Chief People Officer,” said Vimeo CEO Philip Moyer. “Rose brings an amazing track record of building great talent, teams and culture. Her leadership will be essential to our mission to make Vimeo the most trusted private video platform in the world and the best place for video talent to work.”

Focus on culture, engagement and connection

In her new role, Frawley leads Vimeo’s global HR operations with a focus on building a culture of trust, engagement, and alignment with the company’s mission. Her appointment reflects Vimeo’s continued effort to position itself as a destination for high-calibre talent in the video technology sector.

“Creativity is critical to who we are at Vimeo,” Frawley said. “As Vimeo continues to grow, we’ll continue to meet employees where they are and ensure they feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.”

Vimeo, which trades on the Nasdaq as VMEO, supports millions of users across the globe with video creation and hosting tools.
