Global talent solutions firm Robert Half has raised more than $1 million USD for Make-A-Wish International, according to the company. The fundraising effort involved teams across 19 countries working to support wishes for children with critical illnesses.

The milestone marks the fifth year of partnership between Robert Half and Make-A-Wish International, the company said. Employees participated in various fundraising activities including the annual Round the World Challenge, Global Activity Challenge, community bake sales, marathons, walkathons and other local programs.

Corporate social responsibility impact

The fundraising demonstrates how multinational companies can coordinate charitable efforts across their global operations. For HR leaders, the initiative shows how employee engagement programs can align with corporate social responsibility goals while building team cohesion across international offices.

“Reaching $1 million USD in contributions to Make-A-Wish International is a wonderful milestone in our partnership and we are truly inspired by the compassion and generosity of our teams around the world,” said Greg Scileppi, president of International Talent Solutions Operations at Robert Half.
