Mazda Canada has been named a Greater Toronto Top Employer for 2026, marking the 11th consecutive year the automotive company has received the recognition.
The Richmond Hill-based organization was selected for the honour based on its workplace culture, benefits, professional development programs and community involvement. The recognition follows Mazda Canada’s recent selection as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026.
Evaluation criteria
Greater Toronto’s Top Employers is an annual editorial competition published since 2006. Organizations are evaluated across multiple criteria including workplace culture, employee benefits, professional development opportunities and community engagement.
Winners are selected based on their performance in supporting employees and maintaining positive work environments.
Workplace approach
Mazda Canada’s recognition reflects its focus on collaboration, inclusion and employee engagement, according to Krista Kelly-Gombocz, director of people and culture at Mazda Canada.
