G-P has released its AI-powered global HR compliance tool on the SAP Store, giving SAP SuccessFactors users access to employment guidance and document generation across 50 countries.
The tool, called G-P Gia, integrates with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Joule to provide real-time guidance on employment questions and generate contracts and handbooks for 50 countries and 50 U.S. states.
AI agent integration
G-P Gia uses what the company calls agentic AI to deliver compliance information drawn from more than 100,000 sources that have been reviewed by G-P’s legal and HR teams, according to the company.
“Combining G-P’s more than a decade of global HR expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI, G-P Gia works within SAP SuccessFactors and Joule to give customers real-time guidance, streamlined workflows and confidence in global HR decisions,” said Lori McNally, senior vice president of partners at G-P.

The SAP Store offers more than 2,300 solutions from SAP and its partners. G-P is part of the SAP PartnerEdge program, which provides tools and support for companies building applications that integrate with SAP products.
G-P provides employer of record and contractor management services in more than 180 countries. The Boston-based company specializes in helping organizations hire and manage employees in countries where they do not have a legal entity.
