Unifor Local 114 and Accurpress Tooling Systems finalize three-year collective agreement covering B.C. machine shop workers

The deal runs from September 15, 2025 to September 14, 2028 and includes wage increases of three per cent annually across all job groups, plus expanded RRSP contributions, higher benefit premiums and a new group RRSP employer match effective January 1, 2026.
