CIBC Mellon has earned Great Place to Work certification, with the recognition driven entirely by direct employee feedback about their workplace experience.
The Toronto-based financial services company received the certification after meeting benchmarks related to trust, culture, leadership, and overall employee sentiment, according to Great Place to Work Canada.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the feedback and experiences of our employees and tells us that we’re on the right path — creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to grow,” said Maple Tam, chief human resources officer at CIBC Mellon. “Our focus on inclusivity and connection isn’t just about our culture; it’s about empowering our people to deliver the best for our clients and contribute to our shared success.”
Workplace programs
CIBC Mellon has made investments in several areas to support a flexible and connected employee experience. Those include leadership development, hybrid work support, wellness programs, and learning resources. The company has also launched initiatives to promote inclusion and collaboration across teams.
CIBC Mellon’s certification is now listed on the Great Place to Work Canada website alongside other organizations recognized for strong workplace cultures.
