Global talent solutions firm Robert Half has earned five gold awards at the 2024 w3 Awards for its mobile job search app. The app, recognized for excellence in user experience, user interface, and visual design, also received top honours in the recruitment sites and best practices for mobile app categories.

The w3 Awards, an international competition celebrating digital innovation, evaluated thousands of entries from around the world. The recognition marks the third consecutive year the Robert Half mobile app has been acknowledged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), which oversees the awards.

James Johnson, executive vice president and chief technology officer of Robert Half, attributed the app’s success to the company’s focus on supporting job seekers. “We understand the complexities of the current hiring environment,” Johnson said. “Our mobile app provides a unique and customizable digital experience that supports users through every step of the hiring journey.”

Launched in 2019, the Robert Half mobile app is designed to streamline the job search process. Job seekers can upload resumes, apply for positions with a single tap, and manage interview requests directly through the platform. The app’s features include real-time updates on application status and the ability to schedule interviews instantly.

Robert Half, founded in 1948, is a global leader in talent solutions, providing contract and permanent placement services across sectors including finance, technology, and marketing. The firm operates more than 300 locations worldwide.
