CUPE Local 1158-07 and Abby Road Housing Co-operative finalize one-year collective agreement covering health care aides

The deal runs from Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2026 and includes a five-step wage grid topping out at $27.85 per hour, retroactive to Oct. 1, 2025, along with updates to shift premiums, benefits cost-sharing, and an RRSP matching program.
