Denison Consulting has merged with Newmeasures in a deal that combines two decades of organizational performance expertise under one company.

The merger took effect Jan. 1, with Newmeasures now operating as a practice within Denison Consulting. The Ann Arbor, Mich.-based firm will integrate Newmeasures’ employee feedback programs with its organizational health diagnostics and analytics services.

Combined client base and data

Since 1998, Denison has provided organizational health assessments to thousands of leaders using its Denison Organizational Health Model. The model draws on more than 500 million data points from over five million employees across 10,000 client organizations, according to the company.

Newmeasures has worked with hundreds of organizations on employee feedback programs focused on communication, engagement and improvement initiatives.

Leadership transition

Lee Stroud, former president of Newmeasures, has been appointed president of Denison Consulting. Gerard Brossard continues as CEO.

“Together, we help leaders make confident decisions in complex environments and offer an end-to-end system that connects insight, action, and accountability,” Brossard said.

Stroud said the merger will help clients “move from survey scores to predictive insights and practical actions that measurably improve organizational performance.”

Service integration

The combined organization will offer clients access to Denison’s organizational health research, benchmarks and predictive analytics alongside Newmeasures’ employee listening program design and implementation services.

Denison Consulting provides diagnostics, analytics and advisory services aimed at strengthening organizational culture, leadership and performance.
