SutiSoft has announced the integration of Checkr, a leading provider of compliant background checks for employers, into its SutiHR platform. The update aims to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process for HR professionals.
“Checkr integration will enable HR professionals to efficiently initiate the background check process from SutiHR,” said ND Reddy, CEO at SutiSoft.
The integration allows HR administrators to initiate background checks directly from SutiHR’s applicant tracking system. Candidates receive notifications to submit their information to Checkr, and the results are automatically added to their profiles in SutiHR.
Other new features include an advanced resume parser that automatically imports job applications into the system. This tool identifies key information such as the candidate’s name, email, educational background, skills, and work experience, and aligns it with designated fields within the application. HR admins can generate reports and track the number of resumes parsed over a specific period.
Additionally, SutiHR now offers a feature to merge new hire details with existing employee records, providing a seamless onboarding process. HR administrators receive email notifications about prospective hires, accompanied by detailed reports containing personal information.
The platform also includes predefined templates for essential HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination notices. These templates can be customized with placeholders that automatically insert personalized details from personnel records.
A new location tracking feature has been added to the mobile app, which shows users their current location along with authorized work locations when attempting to clock in or out from unauthorized areas. This function helps ensure accurate timekeeping by guiding users to their approved work locations.
