Level5 Strategy, a Toronto-based management consulting firm, has promoted Jordan Shapiro to managing partner, effective January 1, 2025.

Shapiro, who has been with Level5 for five years, brings over two decades of experience in consulting and corporate leadership. His promotion recognizes his contributions to the firm’s growth, his leadership in developing high-trust client relationships, and his commitment to delivering strategies that drive sustainable value for clients.
