Korcomptenz has won the 2025 Stevie Award for Best CSR Strategy in the Great Employers category, recognizing the company’s employee-led corporate social responsibility platform and community programs.
The digital transformation and technology services company operates KORCares, a year-round CSR platform that has launched more than 21 initiatives across India and the United States. The company has committed to allocate 10 per cent of profits toward CSR programs.
CSR initiatives
KORCares programs span education, wellbeing, rehabilitation and environmental action. Flagship programs include Umeed, which has supported children’s education for over a decade, Golden Support for education for underprivileged girls, CareConnect for sustained support to elderly communities, and environmental efforts such as beach cleanups, sapling drives, borewell installations and cyclone relief.
Teams select causes each quarter and receive leadership sponsorship and resources, with CSR work embedded into employee performance metrics.
Carlo Bhavan project
One initiative focused on Carlo Bhavan in Chennai, a facility for destitute and mentally ill women. Korcomptenz supported construction of a new 5,470-square-foot building, addition of 12 modern toilets and provision of essential supplies. The effort resulted in 53 women being reunited with their families, according to the company.
“This recognition affirms that how we grow matters as much as how fast we grow,” said Clara D’Silva, president of Korcomptenz.
The Stevie Awards recognize organizations for business and workplace excellence, including performance, culture and social contribution.
Korcomptenz is shaping its 2026 CSR roadmap, focusing on education, wellbeing initiatives, dignity-led rehabilitation and partnerships, according to the company.
