Canadian Pacific Kansas City has ratified 16 collective bargaining agreements with various unions representing approximately 700 rail workers across 11 U.S. states. The five-year agreements include wage increases for employees working in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.

The ratifications follow negotiations conducted in recent weeks between the railway and multiple labor organizations. Two additional tentative agreements remain subject to ratification.

“We are very pleased to see all these agreements ratified and thank our union leaders across the United States who have worked with us at the bargaining table to reach agreements that benefit hundreds of our railroaders,” said Keith Creel, CPKC president and chief executive officer.
