Local 636 IBEW and 636 Union Apparel finalize four-year collective agreement covering Ontario production workers

The deal runs from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2029 and includes wage increases of 3.0% in year two, 2.5% in year three, and 2.5% in year four, plus updates to vacation entitlements, bereavement leave, and overtime banking.
