G-P, a provider of global employment solutions, has named Rohit Bedi as its new Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in driving revenue for SaaS companies to the Boston-based firm. The company announced the appointment Friday, citing Bedi’s extensive background in managing and expanding global revenue channels across various tech and software sectors.
Bedi will spearhead G-P’s revenue strategy, tasked with accelerating growth as the company positions itself within the evolving HR technology and artificial intelligence space. Nicole Sahin, G-P’s founder and CEO, described Bedi as a “brilliant strategist” with a record of successfully scaling go-to-market teams. “His background aligns perfectly with our focus on delivering SaaS and AI global employment products for the next era of HR,” Sahin said.
Before joining G-P, Bedi served as Chief Revenue Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, where he led the SaaS provider’s international expansion and contributed to record fiscal growth, culminating in the company’s acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. His career has also included leadership roles at companies such as Cognizant, PeopleSoft, and Siebel Systems, where he oversaw growth initiatives that contributed to significant market share gains.
Bedi emphasized the growing role of human resources within global business strategies, noting that HR’s transformation via AI presents a “superior competitive advantage” for companies. “The modern era of HR will be the biggest beneficiary of AI, enabling companies to manage global teams seamlessly and efficiently,” Bedi said.
G-P, which supports companies in more than 180 countries through its Employer of Record (EOR) and compliance platforms, continues to enhance its suite of AI-driven tools aimed at facilitating global workforce management. The company said Bedi’s addition marks a step forward in advancing its go-to-market approach as it seeks to transform the landscape of global employment solutions.
