Job seekers now have access to free AI-powered virtual interview practice sessions, thanks to a new partnership between TalentAlly LLC and AI Geometric Ltd. The initiative aims to help candidates improve their interview skills while offering employers advanced tools for evaluating potential hires.

TalentAlly, a subsidiary of Professional Diversity Network Inc., announced the collaboration with AI Geo on Monday. As part of the program, users will receive three complimentary practice sessions designed to simulate real-life interviews. The sessions incorporate resume insights and provide personalized feedback, which the company says can help candidates refine their responses and build confidence.

“This partnership benefits not only our job seekers and employers but also provides valuable insights into hiring trends, candidate strengths, and industry demands,” said Adam He, CEO of Professional Diversity Network Inc.

The service also offers upcoming features such as simulated group interviews and advanced visual tools like lip-syncing technology to create more realistic experiences. Employers using TalentAlly’s platform may benefit from AI-powered automation that analyses candidate skills and cultural fit, streamlining the hiring process.

Jeffery Zeng, CEO of AI Geo, said the collaboration would allow his company to further develop its technology and expand its market presence. “Our partnership with TalentAlly accelerates the growth of AI Geo’s interview platform, enabling us to refine our technology and strengthen our position in the competitive HR tech space,” Zeng said.

For employers, the partnership promises better-prepared candidates and more efficient hiring processes, aligning with TalentAlly’s broader mission to support diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
