Provident Bank has appointed Kim Strignile as Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner Director, the New Jersey-based financial institution announced last week. Strignile will oversee the bank’s HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, focusing on aligning employee growth with the bank’s strategic vision.
Carolyn Powell, executive vice president and chief human resources officer, said Strignile’s expertise in workforce and talent strategies will enhance the bank’s culture and operations. “We’re thrilled to welcome Kim as she joins our talented team committed to fostering a thriving culture that aligns employee growth with Provident’s strategic vision and Guiding Principles,” Powell said.
Strignile brings over two decades of experience in human resources, having held progressively senior roles at TD Bank and its predecessors. Her career has included collaboration with leaders across various business lines to implement strategic growth and talent initiatives.
