Stevenson Search Partners, a global executive search firm focused on the life sciences industry, has announced key leadership appointments and the launch of expanded talent solutions, including on-demand talent services, executive coaching, and board advisory. The moves represent a shift in strategy for the 45-year-old firm as it aims to broaden its footprint in the competitive talent market.
Larry Dolinko has been named CEO, bringing extensive experience in scaling businesses and integrating services. His priorities include doubling the size of Stevenson’s retained search business and growing the newly introduced on-demand talent solutions. Scott Williams, appointed as executive vice president for on-demand talent solutions, will oversee this new service line. Williams, with a background in life sciences outsourcing, will lead efforts to provide interim executives and project-based consultants to clients.
“This addition reflects Stevenson’s dedication to delivering tailored solutions to our clients while broadening our impact across the life sciences value chain,” Williams said.
The on-demand service is designed to address temporary and project-specific hiring needs, combining flexibility with Stevenson’s established client-focused approach.
The firm is also introducing executive coaching, led by Jennifer Kay, a 20-year Stevenson veteran. The program is tailored to support leadership development within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Meanwhile, the new board advisory practice, led by Kris Steen, will focus on building effective boards and recruiting independent directors for early-stage life sciences companies.
“These new offerings position us as a comprehensive talent partner for life sciences organizations navigating an ever-changing landscape,” Dolinko said. “Our goal is to expand our capabilities while maintaining the quality and collaboration that have defined Stevenson for decades.”
Adam Bloom, the company’s president, said Dolinko’s leadership will drive the firm’s next phase of growth. “Larry was the clear choice to lead Stevenson into the future. His ability to scale businesses, empower teams, and articulate a compelling vision aligns perfectly with where we are headed,” Bloom said.
With offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, Stevenson Search Partners provides talent solutions across sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and health technology. The firm remains committed to promoting diversity within its operations and across the life sciences ecosystem, it said.
