Canada's unemployment rate rose to 6.9 per cent in April as more people searched for work, Statistics Canada reported Friday. The jobless rate increased by 0.2 percentage points from March, the agency said in its April Labour Force Survey. Employment was little changed, with a net loss of 18,000 job...
