by HR News Canada

ManpowerGroup has appointed Trevor Hawkins as its new Canada Country Manager, the company announced Tuesday. Hawkins, who currently leads Experis Canada, will now oversee the full suite of ManpowerGroup brands in the country, including Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions.

He will report to Becky Frankiewicz, the company’s regional president for North America and chief commercial officer.

Hawkins joined ManpowerGroup in 2016 through its acquisition of Veritaaq and has since taken on increasingly senior roles within Experis Canada, including senior vice-president.

“Since joining Experis Canada, Trevor has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving our business through transformation with a people-first perspective,” Frankiewicz said in a statement. “His sales-focused mindset and deep understanding of our clients’ needs make him the ideal leader to accelerate our growth in the Canadian market.”

Hawkins said he sees the appointment as an opportunity to support Canadian organizations as they navigate the evolving job market. “We are at a pivotal moment in defining the future of work – with organizations seeking more specialist skills and individuals valuing meaningful opportunities to advance and develop in their careers,” he said.

Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, where he played varsity hockey before continuing his career in Europe.

ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions provider, has been in operation for more than 75 years, offering talent acquisition, training, and workforce management services across more than 70 countries.
